   • Built an AI-assisted meeting minutes SaaS for Malaysian SMEs (Laravel, Tailwind, queues) with capture, review, search, and PDF/DOCX export.
   • Implemented Freemium billing via ToyyibPay, account isolation, audit logging, Sanctum APIs, and Docker-based production deploy with a trilingual UI.

   Full stack & mobile

   • Delivered end-to-end features across a Laravel/MongoDB admin backend and a native Android field app, including version-adoption analytics for rollout decisions.
   • Modernized record-editing UIs through iterative stakeholder feedback for a clearer, more consistent operator experience.

   Production & reliability

   • Resolved a live production outage by tracing fatal PHP/autoloader failures and guiding recovery with Git and Composer.
   • Fixed recurring HTTPS/mixed-content bugs with request-based detection and prevented a broken Git submodule from breaking PDF generation in fresh deploys.

   • Built tooling to reconcile legacy duplicate records safely and added graceful handling for oversized PDF evidence uploads.
